Sprint training en kracht training zijn enkele methodes die hierbij aan kunnen bijdragen. Uit onderzoek onder 20 jonge tennissers blijkt dat korte sprints en sprongkracht verbetert bij sprinten met weerstand. Hierbij is gebruik gemaakt van gewichtsvest of weerstandsband <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/337947788_Effects_of_Resisted_Vs_Conventional_Sprint_Training_on_Physical_Fitness_in_Young_Elite_Tennis_Players\">(Moya-Ramon et al J Hum Kin 2020)<\/a>. Na het trainen van 6 weken korte sprintjes van 3-4 meter en hadden hierna een verbetering op. Blijkbaar wel, uit onderzoek blijkt dat sprinttraining van 2-3x per week voor 4-8 weken in het zand een positief effect kan hebben op je sprint en sprongkracht <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/347977532_Effects_of_Training_on_Sand_or_Hard_Surfaces_on_Sprint_and_Jump_Performance_of_Team-Sport_Players_A_Systematic_Review_With_Meta-Analysis\">(Pereira et al 2021).<\/a> Voordat nu iedereen een zandbak gaat aanleggen. Naast trainen met weerstand (krachttraining) geeft ook sprinttraining op een harde ondergrond verbetering in het vermogen tot sprinten en springen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Middels krachttraining je sprint training verbeteren?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Krachttraining is een veel gebruikte manier ook sterker te worden en hiermee je vermogen tot sprinten te verbeteren. Maar wat moet je nou precies gaan doen? Uit onderzoek (Pandy et al 2021) blijkt dat de kuiten en hamstrings een hoop kracht moeten leveren tijdens het sprinten. Het lijkt dus verstandig deze goed te trainen. Daarnaast spelen de bilspieren een belangrijke rol, grotere bilspieren en andere heupstrekkers zorgen voor een krachtigere afzet en daarmee een groter sprint vermogen(Miller et al 2020). Door het gebruik van de<a href=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/de\/\/aqua-tasche\/\"> aquatrainer pro<\/a> trainen we ook de romp stabiliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Aandacht punten bij deze oefening:<br \/>\n&#8211; Ga op je rug liggen pak met beide handen de aquatrainer vast en houdt deze op je borst.
