Veiligheid.nl (1) heeft over het jaar 2020 een onderzoek gedaan naar het aantal, soort en sport specifieke blessures. Goed om te zien is dat ondanks<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-520 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/sporten-2020-300x100.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/sporten-2020-300x100.png 300w, https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/sporten-2020.png 595w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>de corona maatregelen en geen drastische afname is in het sportgedrag in Nederland.<\/p>\n<p>Aantallen:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_521\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-521\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-521 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/z1-300x242.png\" alt=\"Sportblessures in Nederland\" width=\"300\" height=\"242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/z1-300x242.png 300w, https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/z1.png 592w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-521\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sportblessures in Nederland<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In 2020 is te zien dat het aantal sportblessures minder is dan de jaren daarvoor. Ook wel te verklaren omdat door de corona maatregelen het sportklimaat in Nederland veelal toch drastisch is gewijzigd. Zo is er in de blessures een duidelijke verschuiving te zien van minder georganiseerde team sporten naar meer individuele duursporten, wandelen en fietsen.<\/p>\n<p>Hierbij moet opgemerkt worden dat deze daling van het aantal blessures logisch is gezien er bij de trainingen en wedstrijden bij de teamsporten een hoger risico is op blessures dan bij de (vaak) lager intensieve duursporten.<\/p>\n<h4>Hardlopers hebben de meeste blessures:<\/h4>\n<p>Waar in eerdere jaren veldvoetbal de sport was met de meeste blessures, werd deze plaats in 2020 ingenomen door hardlopen met \u00a01,1 miljoen blessures, 22% van het totaal (in 2019 stond hardlopen op plek 3 met 780.000 blessures). Door de coronamaatregelen was veldvoetbal, vooral competitiewedstrijden, maar in beperkte mate mogelijk. Hardlopen was daarentegen in tijden<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_522\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-522\" style=\"width: 340px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-522\" src=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/z2-300x196.png\" alt=\"Meest voorkomende blessures\" width=\"340\" height=\"221\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-522\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Meest voorkomende sportblessures<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>van lockdown erg populair, wat een stijging van het aantal blessures tot gevolg had. Dit komt naast dat er meer is hardgelopen ook doordat veel mensen zijn begonnen met hardlopen. Een beginnende sporter loopt vaak meer risico op een blessure.<\/p>\n<p>Ondanks de blessures cijfers zijn wij van mening dat het belangrijk is om te blijven sporten! Blijf werken aan je fitheid en vitaliteit, vooral in deze periode.
