{"id":581,"date":"2022-02-06T08:50:58","date_gmt":"2022-02-06T07:50:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/?p=581"},"modified":"2022-02-06T08:50:58","modified_gmt":"2022-02-06T07:50:58","slug":"hardloop-blessures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/de\/2022\/02\/hardloop-blessures","title":{"rendered":"Verletzungen beim Laufen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/de\/2022\/01\/sportblessures\/\">blog #5 over Sportblessures 2020<\/a> schreven we dat in 2020, mede door de lockdown, het aantal hardloop blessures fors is toegenomen (1). Daarom leek het ons wel handig om eens de literatuur in de duiken. Zodat we kunnen laten zien wat er bekend is over hardloop blessures. Hoe ontstaan hardloop blessures en wat\u00a0 zouden we er zelf aan kunnen doen om dit te voorkomen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hoeveel hardloop blessures zijn er dan eigenlijk?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In 2020 zijn er 1,1 miljoen blessures door hardlopen gemeld.\u00a0 Dat is 22% van het totaal aantal blessures (in 2019 stond hardlopen op plek 3 met 780.000 blessures)(1). Deze forse toename beschreven we eerder aan de toename van hardloop activiteiten door de lockdown. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat er op de 1000 hardloopuren die gemaakt worden er 7,5 blessure ontstaan. Waaruit blijkt dat het aantal blessures een stuk hoger zijn dan bijvoorbeeld in vergelijking met veldvoetbal dat 5,6 blessures telt per 1000 gespeelde\/getrainde uren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_589\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-589\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Sportblessures-naar-sporttak-2020.svg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-589 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Sportblessures-naar-sporttak-2020.svg\" alt=\"Sportblessures naar sporttak\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-589\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sportblessures en hardloop blessures naar sporttak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Uit de afbeelding blijk dus dat de toename komt doordat we meer zijn gaan hardlopen, maar ook dat het risico op een blessure hoger is dan bij veldvoetbal en fitness.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe denken we zelf dat hardloop blessures ontstaan?<\/h2>\n<p>Bijzonder om te horen in de sportfysiotherapie praktijk is dat de redenen voor het ontstaan van hardloop blessures enorm uiteenloopt. Niet alleen in de praktijk horen we dit, maar geloof het of niet, er is zelfs onderzoek naar gedaan(3). In het onderzoek zijn 95 recreatieve hardlopers ge\u00efnterviewd, deze waren tussen de 19-71 jaar oud en hadden gemiddeld 5.5 jaar hardloop ervaring. Bovendien had 45% van de deelnemers ook daadwerkelijk ervaring met een hardloopblessure gehad. In het onderzoek hebben de gekeken naar intrinsieke en extrinsieke factoren. De meest genoemde extrinsieke factoren voor het ontstaan van blessures waren hierin: \u201c niet rekken\u201d \u201covermatig trainen\u201d \u201convoldoende warming-up\u2019 \u201cgebrek aan kracht\u201d en \u201chet dragen van verkeerde schoenen\u201d. Intrinsieke factoren die werden genoemd: \u201cgeen respect voor het fysieke limiet van het lichaam\u201d en\u00a0 \u201cvoet type verandering\u201d(3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nu we weten wat we vooral zelf denken laten we eens kijken naar andere literatuur!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Wat weten we over het ontstaan van hardloopblessures?<\/h2>\n<p>Opvallend is dat van alle hardloopblessures 79% een blessure aan de onderste extremiteiten was, vooral aan het been (30%) en de knie (26%) (2)<br \/>\nRecent is er een mooi artikel gepubliceerd over risico factoren voor overbelasting bij korte en lange afstandslopers (5).<\/p>\n<p>Het eerder hebben gehad van een hardloopblessure werd beschreven als een sterke risico factor voor het ontstaan van een nieuwe blessure voor lange afstandslopers, terwijl juist een eerdere blessure die niet ontstaan was door hardlopen een risico gaf bij korte afstandslopers. Een hoger BMI, hogere leeftijd, geslacht (man), geen hardloop ervaring en weinig hardloop meters waren sterke risico factoren voor korte afstand lopers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.veiligheid.nl\/sportblessures\/actueel\/forse-toename-hardloopblessures-door-lockdown-in-2020\">https:\/\/www.veiligheid.nl\/sportblessures\/actueel\/forse-toename-hardloopblessures-door-lockdown-in-2020<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportenbewegenincijfers.nl\/kernindicatoren\/blessurerisico\">https:\/\/www.sportenbewegenincijfers.nl\/kernindicatoren\/blessurerisico<\/a><\/li>\n<li>What Do Recreational Runners Think About Risk Factors for Running Injuries?
