Nu Blog #7 alweer waarin we je meenemen in het doen van krachttraining om je sprint en explosiviteit te verbeteren. In veel sporten heb je veel voordeel als je snel kan sprinten\/rennen of hoog kan springen, hiermee kan jij voor jezelf en het team het verschil gaan maken!<\/p>\n<h2>Welke spieren spelen een belangrijke rol bij het sprint training?<\/h2>\n<p>In 2021 werd er een mooi artikel gepresenteerd waarin onderzoek werd gedaan welke spieren en een belangrijke rol speelde bij het accelereren\/sprinten(1).\u00a0 In het onderzoek werd gekeken naar de kuitspieren, spieren van het bovenbeen en de bilspieren. Hieruit blijkt dat deze spieren hierbij een belangrijke rol spelen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-599\" src=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/AAAAAAAAAAAAAAASPRINT-263x300.png\" alt=\"Kracht training voor sprint training\" width=\"263\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/AAAAAAAAAAAAAAASPRINT-263x300.png 263w, https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/AAAAAAAAAAAAAAASPRINT.png 338w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 263px) 100vw, 263px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De kuit spieren, hamstrings en bilspieren spelen een belangrijke rol bij de acceleratie tijdens het sprinten, en de spieren van de bovenbenen werken met als remmers tijdens het sprinten.<\/p>\n<p>Hiervoor hebben wij specifieke oefeningen die hierbij kunnen helpen!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hoe vul je jouw sprinttraining het beste in?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Voor jouw sprint training zijn hier enkele oefeningen die hierbij helpen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Train je kuiten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tijdens de vanuit schuttersstand soleus met de aquatrainer train je vooral bovenbeen en heupspieren. Door het gebruik van de <a href=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/de\/\/aqua-tasche\/\">aquatrainer<\/a> trainen we ook de romp stabiliteit en de kracht van de arm.<\/p>\n<p>Aandacht punten bij deze oefening:<br \/>\n&#8211; Maak een grote stap naar voren en zak met achterste knie tot net boven de grond<br \/>\n&#8211; Til de hak van je voorste voet zo hoog mogelijk op<br \/>\n&#8211; Houdt de rug recht (trek vooral niet hol)<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Schuttersstand gebogen  Soleus | Aquatrainer | Performance Trainers\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xVcr3WJoAZk?feature=oembed&#038;width=840&#038;height=1000&#038;discover=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Train je hamstrings:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tijdens de Single leg bridge met chestpress explosief met <a href=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/de\/\/aqua-tasche\/\">aquatrainer<\/a> train je vooral bovenbeen, heupspieren, borst en schouder. Door het gebruik van de<a href=\"https:\/\/performancetrainers.nl\/de\/\/aqua-tasche\/\"> aquatrainer pro<\/a> trainen we ook de romp stabiliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Aandacht punten bij deze oefening:<br \/>\n&#8211; Ga op je rug liggen pak met beide handen de aquatrainer vast en houdt deze op je borst.
