Mit Explosivit\u00e4tstraining oder Sprinttraining l\u00e4sst sich viel Gewinn erzielen.<\/p>\n<p>Fu\u00dfballer laufen 12 Kilometer in 90 Minuten, davon 200 Sprints (2). Hockeyspieler laufen ungef\u00e4hr 20 Kilometer (3) in 70 Minuten mit einer durchschnittlichen Sprintdistanz von 14-16 Metern (4). Beim Turnen beginnen viele Teile mit einem Sprint und setzen diese Geschwindigkeit dann in H\u00f6he f\u00fcr einen Sprung um (7)(8). Wobei in der Leichtathletik der Sprint ein normaler Wettkampfteil mit 100, 200 und 400 Meter Sprint ist(7).<\/p>\n<p>Da Sprinten ein wichtiger Bestandteil vieler Sportarten ist, erscheint es sinnvoll zu pr\u00fcfen, wie wir dies verbessern k\u00f6nnen. Moya-Ramon (2020) hat 20 junge Tennisspieler (16-17 Jahre) untersucht. Die Spieler wurden in 2 Gruppen eingeteilt, die Sprinter mit Widerstandsgruppe und die konventionelle Gruppe. Die Gruppen wurden ausgiebig getestet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10-20 Meter Sprinttest<\/li>\n<li>Modifizierter 5-0-5 Beweglichkeitstest<\/li>\n<li>Vertikaler Sprungtest<\/li>\n<li>Weitsprungtest aus Position<\/li>\n<li>Wiederholter Sprungf\u00e4higkeits-Shuttle-Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beide Gruppen folgten demselben Sprintprogramm:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vorw\u00e4rts sprinten<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcckw\u00e4rts<\/li>\n<li>Multidirektionale Sprints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit 25 Sekunden Pause zwischen den Wiederholungen und 2-3 Minuten Pause zwischen den S\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<h2>Ergebnis<\/h2>\n<p>Das Ergebnis der Studie zeigt, dass das Sprinttraining selbst zu einer k\u00f6rperlichen Verbesserung der Tennisspieler f\u00fchrte. Au\u00dferdem zeigt sich, dass das Sprinten mit Widerstand einen etwas besseren Effekt auf den 5m-Sprint und den Horizontalsprung hat.
