Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Personal data is not created solely through user interactions with the site. Personal data is also generated by technical processes such as contact forms, responses, analytics and third-party embeds.

By default, WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, only the data shown in the user profile screen of registered users.

When responding, it is mandatory to leave an email address and name. You have the choice to save your data for next time. Optional is your website.

Online store

The webshop is hosted by WooCommerce. Read the WooCommerce Privacy Policy. The WooCommerce program is integrated into the WordPress website. They therefore have their own conditions. The choices we have made in WooCommerce is that we keep pending orders for 1 year, completed orders we keep for 3 years. The reason for this is that we can always look back at what happened in the webshop.

When you pay you will have to deal with a payment system. For this we use Mollie, in our opinion the most secure payment system there is. Mollie has an extensive Privacy Policy so you can read exactly what happens to your important information.

Your address is safe in the WooCommerce system where we have a two-step verification login.
