– If you order on working days before 4.30 pm, we will process your order the same day. If you place your order during the weekend, it will be offered to PostNL the following Monday after the weekend of the order.
– We will first contact you to discuss your wishes if the product is sold out with us.
– Products that are not in stock can usually be delivered afterwards.
- As soon as we offer your package to PostNL, it will be processed by them in their system. You will receive a track & trace code by email. You will also receive an email from us that your package has been offered to PostNL. If you do not find a message in your email, please check your spam messages. The message may have ended up here. If this is not the case, please contact us.
- You understand that we have no influence on the delivery of your package by PostNL. Delivery depends on how busy they are. If your package has not been delivered despite the track & trace code, please contact us immediately. We will immediately go after it for you. Of course, in the event of defects, the costs are entirely for our account.
- The delivery times of PostNL in the Netherlands are approximately 1 to 2 working days, depending on how busy they are. Delivery times to Belgium and Luxembourg can take 2 to 3 working days, again depending on how busy PostNL is.
- Delivery of the package takes place at the address provided to us when ordering.
- When you place an order with us above € 50.00, the shipping costs are for our account and the shipping is therefore free for you. This applies to Dutch customers as well as customers from Belgium and Germany!
The following shipping options are:
- Send your package via PostNL,
- Pick up your package at a PostNL service point near you (please check the opening times of this service point when you can pick up your package from them)
